WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE HEALTHY AND FIT Saina Oct 25 2021 Health and fitness are two things that we must take care of to lead a good life. Staying fit has a lot of advantages. To concentrate on ways to be fit, we must understand the reasons for which fitness is required. Our lifestyle has changed by and large, and we are more accustomed to eating out. Meals cooked at home are healthier, but our work takes us to different places, and we cannot expect home-cooked meals. To make up for our lack of eating healthy, we must take proper care of ourselves by exercising regularly. Exercise does not, however, mean that we have to spend our whole day in the gym or we have to give up eating our favorite food. Most people go for the wrong diet in their struggle to lose weight and stay fit. Following fad diets like eating cabbage soup or onions is not helpful and causes more harm than good. Individuals often skip meals because they think eating less would help them lose weight. However, experts

India vs Pakistan Diksha Ithape Oct 19 2021 The 1947 Partition of India led to the division of British India into two new independent dominions, Dominion of Pakistan and Union of India. Pakistan was a geographically disjointed nation made up of two mutually hostile countries, Western Pakistan and Eastern Pakistan The partition provoked a series of violent communal clashes along the boundary line between the two new states which killed an estimated one million people. Within a year, as many as one million Muslims had crossed from East Pakistan into India while seven million Hindus and Sikhs had moved from West Pakistan into India. In 1951, the Constituent Assembly adopted a constitution for the Indian Dominion which became effective from January 26, 1950. However, it was not until 1954 that Indian leaders were able to address the contentious issue of forming an all-India India and Pakistan have been enemies for decades. The current tensions between the two countries can be traced back

Turkey Meets it's Friend Pakistan in FATF Grey List Bhuvanesh Chaudhari Oct 22 2021 The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has put Turkey on the grey list. This is because the FATF suspects that Turkey is doing what it can to address the financing of terrorism and counter-terrorism financing risks. The decision was made when the FATF Executive Committee met in Paris on November 20. It seems that this decision will not affect trade with Turkey or Turkish companies in general, but it is seen as a warning sign by many experts in the field. The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is an inter-governmental body whose purpose is to set standards and promote effective implementation of legal, regulatory and operational measures for combating money laundering, terrorist financing and other related threats to the integrity of the international financial system. This has caused many people to worry about the future of the country. The Turkish government has started to take measures in order

If I had a chance to visit space... Hamsika Mudireddy Oct 22 2021 I have always dreamt of being an astronaut travelling through space. I have read a good number of books on space and our universe. And recently my mom and dad also gifted me some space and solar system related books. I love them. If I had a chance to visit space, firstly I would love to visit the moon. Every night I see it shining brightly in the sky. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the moon is especially round and bright. It’s a truly beautiful sight. If I had the chance, I would like to go for a walk on the moon. Then I would like to visit the sun because nobody has been there and it is amazing. The view must be beautiful. You might think this is funny, but if I could really travel to the sun, I would take some great photos and sell them. Mars, definitely. It is different from other planets. According to scientists, the Red Planet might one day be suitable for humans to live on. I could witness the beauty of a who
