THOMAS EDISON
Thomas Alva Edison had invented the light bulb. He was born on February 11, 1847, and died on October 18, 1931. Thomas Edison is also considered as one of the greatest inventors. Do you know that when was the bulb was invented? The light bulb was invented in January 1879.
Thomas Edison's teachers said that he was "very stupid to learn anything," and he was also fired from his first two jobs for being "non-productive." Edison made the light bulb 1,000 times but he was unsuccessful in inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, "How did he was feeling to fail 1,000 times?" Do you know what Thomas Edison replied? He replied that "I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps."
Charles Babbage
Charles Babbage had invented the computer. He was on 26 December 1791 and died on 18 October 1871. Do you know what was the name of the first computer? The name of the first computer was ENIAC. Charles Babbage invented the computer in 1822.
DAVID BUSHNELL
The world's first submarine was a WOODEN BARREL. It was designed by David Bushnell, an American inventor was named TURTLE. It was an egg-shaped marine in which only one person could accommodate and was hand-powered. This was the first submarine that was successfully operated and was capable of moving underwater. It was moved by pushing water out through a handpump. This vessel was enough to carry out 30 minutes of operation successfully.
