How Plants Help Drought

Well, lets come to the point and talk about todays blog. So, guys do you all know about a Natural disaster named Drought? Well, if you dont here it is. Drought is a condition when a place or a district have very less amount of rainfall and very dry land is there. And one of the reasons to prevent drought is also plantinf trees!  Read more to find out how they help!


As we all know how much the pollution levels are rising, and for that we plant trees because they absorb the pollution and give out oxygen cleaning the air. One of the cause of drought is scarcity of trees also, when the ground is dry, tue arid atmosphere also cause cracks on the ground. Especially in Rajasthan where there are many desserts and dry lands. They would cause mostly of drought in humid seasons like summer.


While, in those reasons before drought, when we plant trees it decreases. As the trees need water and nutrients from the soil, when they absorb it they also hold water in the soil making the land wet and fertile, and not only this but plants also do this process named Transpiration, where they give out excess water in the form of water vapour in the sky. And according to the water cycle this would cause rain clouds and we would prevent drought in seasons like summer.
